Mile 2 was a cake walk...

Ok mile 3 I was DONE!!!

But I kept it MOVING!!!

I'm doing 10 minute intervals, so that was FANTASTIC!!!

I ran (skateboarded mostly) a 5K today for 6th Annual NYC Achilles Hope and Possibility 5M Walk/Run/Roll New York City. This was an 8am call time & mind you I partied till 3am this morning & still got to Tavern On The Green meeting location on time. It felt great to get my heart racing on this beautiful sunday morning. 

I did this walk in dedication to my friend Brad Minskoff who is dealing with RSD (Reflexive System Disorder) he's unable to walk so I ran on his behalf.

I made it to the finish line & I didnt give up, my official crossing time was 47mins & 37secs...

Not bad for a big guy hahaha...
I'm really proud to have participated in some capacity on this day.
