I just interviewed Tom Cruise for the holidays & that was an experience. Yesterday I had an interesting afternoon with Tommy Lee. Plus I covered a crazy Black Friday shopping day at Macy's with Richard Simmons, who has way too much ENERGY for 3am hahahahaha

A bouncer already sentenced to lengthy prison terms for two New York City murders has been convicted of shooting another man dead and wounding three others outside a Manhattan nightclub.

A jury on Friday found 32-year-old Stephen Sakai (suh-KEYE') guilty of murder, attempted murder and assault. He faces at least 15 years in prison at his Dec. 15 sentencing hearing. He is serving two sentences of 25 years to life in prison for the previous murder convictions.

Sakai testified he feared he would die during a fight outside a Chelsea nightclub in May 2006. Sakai said he took a gun off one of his four victims and started firing.

One of the injured was partially paralyzed.

Tammy Smith is charged with five counts of child abuse and of malicious assault, all felonies.

Moundsville Police Chief Jim Kudlak said Saturday that the child told police that her mother used a cigarette to burn her. Smith's daughter told authorities that her mother burned her because she was angered that the girl tripped and fell.

An employee at the child's school noticed the burns and police were called Wednesday. The girl is in foster care.

The 43-year-old Smith is being held in jail on $50,000 bond. Kudlak says he doesn't think she has an attorney yet.
