Roc-A-Fella Records and Rocawear co-founder Damon Dash has been slapped with divorce papers by wife Rachel Roy, the Daily News has learned.
The stunning fashion designer piled onto Dash’s already sizable stack of lawsuits when she filed for divorce from her husband of four years this month in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Ed Hayes, a lawyer for Roy, declined comment, and a Dash spokeswoman did not return calls or e-mails.

He was caught on video sneaking out of downtown nightclub The Eldridge with a handbag belonging to an off-duty hostess.
The next day, after screening the security footage, club management identified Johnson-Calderon and tracked him down. He allegedly admitted taking the bag, but then said he'd lost it and offered the victim cash reimbursement.
"The girl had put her bag down for literally three minutes before he snatched it. He tried to get this all settled before the press got a hold of it. He's already paid her $500" and $5,000 more is expected to be wired, the source said, adding, "The girl held his house keys and passport as collateral until he paid her the first $500."
Eldridge owner Matt Levine tells us, "Without commenting on specifics, we were able to view the entire situation on our security cameras shortly after the incident and helped facilitate a quick resolution."
