Back in December Courtney Love lost custody of her only child Frances Bean Cobain. The judge presiding over the restraining order case has extended the order till April. Ironically on August 18th she turns 18 years making her legally responsible for herself.
In the end it will all be Frances final decision if she goes forward with her mother.
